Acceptance of Terms. UrgentlyReach.me ("UrgentlyReach.me" / "we" / "us") make the content of the website urgentlyreach.me (the "Website") available as an online messaging service (the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Use"), including any subsequent changes or modifications to them.

You acknowledge and agree that the content accessible through the Services is community-authored and -moderated, and that UrgentlyReach.me assumes no liability for any content posted by users. Under no circumstances shall UrgentlyReach.me be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or other damages whatsoever, including, without limitation, any damages that result from (1) your use or inability to use the Services or your liability relating to the use of the Services, (2) the cost of procurement of substitute goods, data, information or services, (3) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies in the materials provided through the Services, (4) personal injury or property damage of any kind whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of the Services, any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or any other files or data that may be harmful to computer or communication equipment or data that may have been transmitted to or through the Services, or (5) any errors or omissions in any material provided through the Services or any other loss or damage of any kind arising from or relating to your use of the Services.

You shall indemnify and hold UrgentlyReach.me harmless from all claims, actions, proceedings, demands, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees), incurred in connection with any user content submitted, posted, transmitted or made available through the Services and/or any violation by you of these terms of use, and any violation by you of any rights of another (including, without limitation, all intellectual property rights and rights of publicity, personality or privacy). In no event shall our liability exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD 100.00) in aggregate. In the case that applicable law may not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you, although our liability will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Enforceability. UrgentlyReach.me is bound by the laws of Canada, which is where its headquarters and assets reside. Users are advised that they may be bound by the laws of the countries where they reside.

If any provision or part of a provision of these Terms of Use is found unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision or part of the provision is deemed severable from these Terms of Use and will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and all other provisions of these Terms of Use will remain in full force and effect.

If you have not signed a separate agreement with us, these Terms of Use are the entire agreement between you and us. If there is any conflict between these Terms of Use and a signed written agreement between you and us, the signed agreement will control. If in any circumstance, we do not apply or enforce any provision of these Terms of Use, it is not a waiver of that provision.

You acknowledge and agree that, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by us, you have no expectation of compensation for any activity, contribution, or idea that you provide to us.
