To prioritize appropriate performance for everyone, message delivery times are based on your plan. If you need messages to be delivered to you in the shortest time possible, please consider upgrading your plan.

If you don't receive a message within the time dictated by your plan, double-check your message queue (are you sure you didn't archive it?), and if you still can't find it, let us know.
